At Phases, we know how exciting it is to start a new journey with your diary. That’s why we’re committed to delivering your order swiftly and securely.

Shipping Timeframe

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Areas

We currently deliver pan India.

If your location is not within our delivery zone, please reach out to us at diksha@phasesoflife.in.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is free on all prepaid orders above 1000.

Shipping fees (if any) will be calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey in real time.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note:Holidays, natural events, or courier delays may impact delivery times.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us at diksha@phasesoflife.in and we’ll assist promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Phases is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Packaging

All diaries are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. For return or replacement claims, please remember to record an unboxing video as per our return policy.
