At Phases, we craft diaries with a commitment to excellence — each one designed to inspire thoughtful reflection and elevate the everyday. While every item undergoes strict quality checks, should a rare manufacturing defect occur, we are here to support you.

Eligibility for Exchanges

We accept exchange requests only in the case of verifiable manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.

Please note:

Minor cosmetic variations and imperfections that do not affect product functionality are not considered defects.
Damage incurred after delivery, including through regular use, is not eligible.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any exchange request, we require an unedited, continuous video clearly capturing the unboxing process. This ensures authenticity and helps us maintain the integrity of our quality standards.

Begin with the sealed outer packaging clearly visible.
Show the entire unboxing process, including opening the package and removing the product.
Clearly display the alleged defect as it appears upon first inspection.

Requests submitted without a qualifying unboxing video will not be accepted.

How to Submit an Exchange Request

If you’ve received a defective item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing:

Be sure to include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A link to or attachment of your unboxing video

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll process an exchange at no additional cost. Simply let us know, and we’ll arrange a courier to collect the defective item. Your replacement will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of personalization, and product integrity, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement:

Non-defective items
Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products
Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers
